Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BirchBaby.

Every BirchBaby gate is carefully inspected before leaving us, and we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Pre-orders

If you've placed a pre-order, you're reserving stock from our first production run.

Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. We currently expect pre-orders to begin dispatching in late August 2026.

Whilst we always aim to meet our estimated dispatch dates, these are estimates only and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control, such as shipping delays, customs clearance or courier disruptions. Should this happen, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you need to make any changes before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@birchbaby.co.uk, and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

If you're located outside the UK and are interested in purchasing a BirchBaby gate, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch at hello@birchbaby.co.uk and we'll see if we're able to help.

Delays

Once your order has been handed to our delivery partner, occasional delays can occur which are outside of our control. We'll always do our best to help if you experience any issues with your delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@birchbaby.co.uk, ideally with photographs of both the packaging and the product, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
