Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BirchBaby.

Every BirchBaby gate is carefully inspected before leaving us, and we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery

Orders usually dispatched within 24 - 48 hours.

Shipping: 1-2 business days via DHL E-commerce.

Orders to Northern Ireland: 1-2 business days via DHL Express. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you need to make any changes before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@birchbaby.co.uk, and we'll do our best to help.

Order availability and dispatch

Product availability will be shown on the relevant product page.

If an item is specifically offered for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may occasionally change because of circumstances outside our control, including manufacturing, shipping, customs or courier delays. If there is a material change to the expected dispatch date, we will keep affected customers informed.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delays

Once your order has been handed to our delivery partner, occasional delays can occur which are outside of our control. We'll always do our best to help if you experience any issues with your delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@birchbaby.co.uk, ideally with photographs of both the packaging and the product, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
